SALES MADE ON THE ANTHEA CRAWFORD ONLINE STORE:

RETURNS CHANGE OF MIND

We are happy to refund or exchange any full priced garment purchased online, providing that the item is returned unworn, with all tags attached and your online receipt (as proof of purchase) within 30 days of purchase.
 
We do not offer refunds or style exchanges on sale or clearance items purchased online if you have simply changed your mind. However, we offer an online store credit or a size exchange for any returned sale or clearance item providing that the item is returned unworn, with all tags attached and your online receipt (as proof of purchase) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that size exchanges are subject to availability.
 
Please note that:
 
  • The refund or online store credit will be the price paid at the time of the original purchase shown on the online receipt.
  • Online store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • We will issue any refund using the original payment method. For example, if you purchase a full priced item using an online store credit and then return it, the value of the credit will be returned to the online store credit, and any additional payment will be refunded to the original credit card. 
 
We will not offer a refund, exchange or online store credit if:
 
  • At the time of purchase, you were made aware of the damage or defect in the item; or
  • You have damaged, misused or altered the item.
 
Anthea Crawford’s decision to provide a refund, exchange or online store credit in accordance with the conditions set out above will be determined in its absolute discretion.
 
This Returns Policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

RETURNS UNDER THE AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

You are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees for items purchased online from the Anthea Crawford online store. You can choose a refund or replacement if an item has a major problem.
 
This is when the item:
 
  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
 
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement or online store credit.

EXCLUSIONS

We will not offer a refund, replacement, online store credit or repair for any returned goods if:

  • At the time of purchase, you were made aware of the damage or defect in the item; or
  • You have damaged, misused or altered the item.

Please choose carefully as we do not automatically provide a refund, replacement or in-store credit if you change your mind. However, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees for items purchased from Anthea Crawford boutiques.

Please return the item to the Anthea Crawford boutique from which it was purchased.
 
For change of mind returns, please ensure that the item is returned unworn, with all tags attached and with your receipt as proof of purchase. For other returns, please ensure that you return the item with your receipt as proof of purchase.
 

SALES MADE AT ANTHEA CRAWFORD STORES WITHIN MYER AND DAVID JONES AND THE DAVID JONES ONLINE STORE
 

Sales made at Anthea Crawford stores within Myer or David Jones or purchased online at www.davidjones.com.au will be subject to the respective Myer or David Jones returns policies.

RETURNS PROCESS

All returns purchased via the Anthea Crawford online store must be sent to our head office and cannot be returned to any retail store, i.e Anthea Crawford boutiques/ stores within Myer or David Jones will not accept online returns. If you would like to return your purchase, please email us at info@antheacrawford.com.au and await our response for instructions.

 

RETURN FREIGHT (DOMESTIC)

Freight is the responsibility of the purchaser and it is recommended that a service that can be tracked is used when returning all garments to us. We are not responsible for any lost parcels returned to us where no tracking number is provided.

RETURN FREIGHT (INTERNATIONAL)

Unfortunately due to the cost and complexities of returning goods internationally we cannot offer free freight for International returns. All responsibility for organizing return freight rests with the you, with title remaining with you until receipt of goods by Anthea Crawford (Australia) Pty Ltd. Furthermore any destination charges for duties or taxes may not be refunded to you and may also need to be repaid for exchanged goods re-sent along with additional freight charges. Please keep this in mind when placing an order from overseas.

HOW TO RETURN

If you would like to return your purchase please email us at info@antheacrawford.com.au. You will be sent instructions on returning the product.
 
Upon receipt of response from our customer service team dispatch return. Note - please do not return without a response.
 
When returning your product, please include a copy of your invoice. If you do not include this paperwork, your processing time could be delayed.
 
Please return to us by your own courier noting we may not accept liability for the loss/return of your shipment. We recommend using a trackable service to prevent loss.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Please allow 10 business days from us receiving the parcel for the return to be processed. Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
